Getting started
How do I begin as an international patient?
Write to our WhatsApp line at any hour; your message is always answered. In the first conversation we look at your wish and your general situation, then map out a route that suits you. The exact treatment plan is shared, as the law requires, after a clinical examination at the practice.
Which languages can I use?
Our international patient unit is staffed by multilingual coordinators. The person who answers your first message stays with you to the last.
Can I get a treatment plan and price in advance?
Turkish health regulation requires that the treatment plan and price be given individually, after a clinical examination at the practice. General information can be shared beforehand, but the exact plan rests on examining your mouth.
The clinic and your guarantees
Is the clinic licensed?
Yes. A fully licensed oral and dental health polyclinic in Istanbul, inspected and accountable under Turkish health law. Our certificates are shown on the home page.
Are surgical procedures insured?
Surgical procedures are covered by mandatory complication insurance, as required by law.
Does the dentist who plans my treatment perform it?
Yes. Each discipline is led by its own specialist; the dentist who plans your treatment performs it and answers for it afterwards.
Process and technology
Will impression trays be used?
No. Your mouth is measured with intraoral 3D scanners; no impression trays. The treatment plan is prepared on screen.
Where are the restorations made?
Veneers, crowns and bridges are made in our own laboratory under this roof. Milling machines, sintering furnaces and a ceramics bench are all here; nothing is sent out.
I am a nervous patient. What are my options?
Everything from gentle local numbing to sedation and full general anaesthesia is run and monitored by a dedicated anaesthesia team. Which method suits you is decided by the dentist who examines you.
